Please read the mail-in guidelines carefully before shipping us an item:

Mail-in guidelines

  1. Make sure your items are clean! Unfortunately, we are unable to work on dirty gear. Unclean items will be returned unrepaired, at your cost.
  2. Open and read the Repair Form below. Print it and fill it out with your best hand-writing.
  3. Place your items and printed Repair Form in a box. Make sure to clearly mark it with your return address.
  4.  Ship your box to Thread the Needle:

Please note that we can only accept shipments from customers residing in Canada and that we cannot assume shipping costs.

What happens next?

We will contact you as soon as your item gets into our shop to confirm the repairs needed and their associated costs. We will begin work on your items as soon as  you have approved the repair costs.

We accept electronic payments only. Once your items are completed, an invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. You will be able to pay with a credit card or by e-transfer. We are unable to accept cash or cheques.
