Please read the mail-in guidelines carefully before shipping us an item:

Mail-in guidelines

  1. Make sure your items are clean! Clothing must be freshly laundered and gear such as tents & backpacks must be hand-washed. Uncleaned items will be returned un-repaired, at your cost.
  2. Open and read the Repair Form below. Print it and fill it out with your best hand-writing.
  3. Place your items and printed Repair Form in a box. Make sure to clearly mark it with your return address.
  4.  Ship your box to Thread the Needle:

Please note that we can only accept shipments from customers residing in Canada and that we cannot assume shipping costs.

What happens next?

We will contact you with a quote when receiving your item(s) in the shop. Once it is approved, your item(s) will be queued for repair (current turnaround time is indicated below). You will receive an invoice when the work is done and your items will be mailed back to you when payment is received.

We accept electronic payments only. An invoice will be e-mailed to you via Square. Payment can be made with a credit card or by e-transfer. We are unable to accept cash or cheques.
